The Catalyst did not wonder from where it came. The question never occurred to it. Nor did it question the origin of the seeds it carried, or the source of the Law that directed them to unfold once planted. Guided by the lights around it, the Catalyst traveled easily across Space settling briefly on the surfaces it encountered and deposited the seeds. If the conditions were favorable, the Catalyst urged the seeds into being and they developed according to the Law and framework of host.
When the Catalyst came to Prithvi, she was mature, but still very young. Her tumultuous, molten, and embryonic phase had passed, and her surface had begun to cool, forming outcrops of solid rocky crust and deep basins filled with liquid molecules of hydrogen and oxygen. Her path around her Light was measured and even.
